Here we go....

 It has been approximately 18 months since we've been in a position to offer our student athletes an opportunity to participate in athletic events while representing their high school. Now, here we are. 

With COVID-19 still impacting our daily lives we are embarking on a inter-scholastic season like no other. There are MANY considerations that need to be made and much patience that has to go into every decision in order to keep our student-athletes, coaches, staff, officials and families safe. 

With that, our sport conveners are hard at work developing schedules and protocols that adhere to the individual provincial sport organizations' return to play guidelines, while still adhering to the health and safety guidelines our school divisions are required to adhere to. Not an easy, nor simple task. 

Of particular note, SPECTATORS ARE NOT ALLOWED at any of our indoor sporting events for the foreseeable future. This is to provide the safest possible environment to all our participating teams while they are engaging in competition. 

Each sport will have a subset of their specific COVID protocols that will need to be followed by all participants. We ask that our our athletes, coaches and families become familiar with these protocols so that they are best informed prior to participation in these events. These protocols will be posted on each of the individual sport pages on our website for easy and convenient access.
