Golf

Under sunny skies at Bel-Acres golf course, another KPAC golf championship took place on Monday, September 28, 2020. Although this year was very different given the challenges that COVID-19 has imposed on all of us, a number of KPAC member schools were able to send athlete representation to this year's championship.

Congratulations goes out to the West Kildonan Collegiate girls and Mennonite Brethren Collegiate boys teams, for capturing the respective team titles.

Further recognition goes to Sarah Farmer and Brett Gascoigne (both from Garden City Collegiate), who shot the individual girls' and boys' low scores on the day.

Cross Country | Return to Competition

Although there are many safety consideration with respect to safely returning to interscholastic participation, a number of KPAC member schools, but not all, have been given the "okay" to return to cross country running competition this fall.

As such, and per the Athletics Manitoba and Athletics Canada "Return to Play" guidelines, race events have been scheduled. The current race schedule is posted under the "Cross Country" tab. As well, the COVID-19 Guidelines for KPAC Cross Country have also been posted, indicating what athletes, coaches and parents can expect when participating in these races. We ask that ALL participants become intimately familiar with these guidelines as to best mitigate any risk that these competitions may impart.

Wishing you all the best of luck and a safe return to interscholastic competition!
